Cindy's experience and education sets her apart from other life coaches. Her background includes being a clinician with a full-time private practice for over 20 years where she worked with individuals, couples and families. Additionally, she has been teaching psychology at the college level for over 10 years. For 5 years she served as a consultant for Texas A&M's (Division I) volleyball team, helping both the team and individual players develop mental skills necessary for successful competition.
She has a master's degree in educational psychology, including over 60 graduate level hours in areas emphasizing behavior, development and organizations.
Since opening her life coaching business in 2010 she has used her education, experience and knowledge of goal setting to help numerous clients from all walks of life reach their goals. She has experience assisting artists, athletes, professors, students, parents, couples and individuals in enhancing their lives. Her easy going nature and sense of
humor creates a safe and supportive environment for everyone she works with.
Cindy's outside interests include photography, music, sports, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
